Malibu Local Handyman Co. exists for the jobs that fall through the cracks. A door that won't latch is too small for most remodel outfits. But it still bugs you every single day. We take those jobs on purpose, and we do them carefully.
We're also clear about the line. California law keeps handyman work to jobs under $1,000 total that don't need a building permit, and anyone who advertises as a contractor loses that exemption. So we don't. When your project crosses that line, we hand it to a trusted licensed partner and stay your point of contact.

Meet Zacharias
Most people have a story about a handyman who never called back, or one who showed up, rushed through and left the old parts in the driveway. That's the problem this company was started to fix. Not the door. The way the door gets fixed.
Zacharias is from Guatemala. Back home he built three houses for his family and relatives, the kind of work where the people living in it are the ones you'll see at every birthday. That's the standard he brings to small jobs here: the screw goes into the stud, the patch disappears under paint, the slider rolls with one finger.
He's married with four daughters, and his Christian faith is a big part of his life. He runs Malibu Local Handyman Co. himself, so when you call, you're talking to the person who answers for the work.
