Salt film, mildew and dirt on decks, patios, walkways and siding. We pick the pressure and tip for the surface so soft wood and old paint don't get chewed up.
Caulking & Grout Repair
Moldy tub caulk, cracked grout lines and gaps around sinks and windows. We cut out the old stuff, clean it dry and lay a fresh, tight bead.
TV Mounting
Flat, fixed, tilting or articulating mounts, lagged into studs or anchored right for your wall. We hide what cords we can and leave it level.
Interior Painting & Touch-Ups
Touch-ups, single rooms, trim, doors and patched walls that need to blend. We prep the surface first, because that's what makes paint last.
Door Repair & Installation
Doors that stick, drag, won't latch or swing open on their own. We tighten hinges, shim, plane, swap hardware or hang a new slab.
Drywall Repair
Doorknob holes, anchor holes, cracked seams and water stains. We cut back to solid board, patch, tape, mud and texture to match.
Gutter Cleaning & Repair
Leaves and needles out, downspouts flushed, loose hangers snugged up and small leaks sealed. Clean gutters also matter for ember safety here.
Sliding Door & Screen Repair
Sliders that grind, jump the track or take two hands to open. We clean the track, swap rollers and rescreen torn panels with new spline.
Garbage Disposal Installation
Dead, leaking or humming disposals swapped out. We hook up the drain, knock out the dishwasher plug if needed and check for drips under the sink.
Reverse Osmosis System Installation
5-stage under-sink RO filter mounted, tapped into the cold line and drain, with its own faucet.
Ceiling Fan & Light Fixture Installation
Swapping an old fixture or fan where a box and wiring already exist. We check the box is fan-rated before we hang anything heavy on it.
Fence & Gate Repair
Sagging gates, leaning posts, broken boards and latches that don't catch. We reset, brace and replace parts so the gate swings and closes right.
Deck Repair
Soft boards, loose railings, popped nails and rusty fasteners. We replace damaged boards and hardware and tell you honestly if the framing needs more.
Bigger Projects We Refer to Licensed Partners
We'll do the small repair pieces of these ourselves. Full remodels, new decks and window replacement go to trusted licensed partners, and we stay your contact through the referral.
Bathroom Remodeling
We handle bathroom repairs and small swaps like faucets, caulk and accessories. Full gut-and-redo remodels go to a licensed partner.
Kitchen Remodeling
We do kitchen fixes like cabinet hinges, disposals and backsplash patches. Full kitchen remodels go to a licensed partner who pulls the permits.
Deck Building & Replacement
Building or fully replacing a deck needs a license and usually a permit, so we refer it to a licensed partner. Small deck repairs we do ourselves.
Window & Door Replacement
Replacing windows or exterior doors goes to a licensed partner. We still handle screens, sliders, weatherstrip and door adjustments.
